Your contributions have been instrumental in our growth and success, and together we will continue to make a meaningful impact.

As 5th-generation dairy and cattle ranchers, our family has worked the land in rural Colorado for over 100 years. We’ve weathered storms, both literal and political, and have always stood strong in defense of agriculture, family, and faith. That’s why we’re proud to endorse Colleen Whitlow for Colorado House District 64.
Colleen understands the values that define rural Colorado. She listens to the concerns of farmers and ranchers, respects property rights, and knows the importance of protecting our land, water, and way of life. We’ve spoken with Colleen personally, and we can tell you, she’s the real deal. She shows up. She cares. And she gets things done. She will be a powerful voice for the people of House District 64 and will represent rural Colorado with integrity, grit, and a deep understanding of the challenges our communities face.

As a small business owner and proud member of the Mead community, I am honored to endorse Colleen Whitlow for Colorado House District 64.

Running a restaurant is never easy but during COVID, it became nearly impossible. Like many small business owners, I faced uncertainty, financial pressure, and the fear of losing everything my family had worked so hard to build. During that time, Colleen Whitlow was one of the few local leaders who stepped up, reached out, and offered real help.

Colleen personally helped guide Ranchero’s Mexican Restaurant through the challenges of the pandemic. She provided resources, made connections, and helped us navigate constantly changing regulations. Her support was not just appreciated, it was instrumental in helping our business survive. Thanks to her commitment and care, Ranchero’s is still serving the Mead community today.

As a legal immigrant of a minority-owned business, I also value how Colleen stands up for equal opportunity and understands the unique struggles that diverse small business owners face. She listens, she respects our voices, and she follows through. Colleen Whitlow is a champion for small businesses. She knows how important local restaurants and shops are to the fabric of our communities, and she will take that same passion to the State Capitol. I trust that she will fight for economic freedom, local control, and policies that allow small businesses to thrive, not just survive.

I proudly support Colleen Whitlow for Colorado House District 64, and I encourage others in our community to do the same.

Rogelio Castro Owner, Ranchero’s Mexican Restaurant, Mead, Colorado

It is my honor to endorse Colleen Whitlow for Colorado House District 64.

I have known Colleen for over twenty years. In those twenty years I have witnessed a person who is dedicated to helping others. Before entering Colorado politics, she served our Country in the Air Force. I believe that this was the foundation of her service toward others and it has served her well.

As Mayor of Mead, Colorado, she has worked relentlessly to make the town far better off than before she was elected to the position. While she was Mayor she also took on added responsibilities such as Mead Urban Renewal Authority Commissioner (Chair), Denver Regional Council of Governments (Vice Chair), CDOT Region 4 Representative Colorado Municipal League (CML) Policy Committee Member, North I-25 Coalition, State Highway 66 Coalition (Chair), South Weld County Sub-regional Transportation Forum (Chair), I-25 Parallel Arterial Coalition – High Plains Boulevard, Mayor's Alliance to End Childhood Hunger, National League of Cities Representative, Communities That Care, and Southwest Front Range Passenger Railroad Coalition.

She seemed to be everywhere yet centered on her position as Mayor.

Colleen is a person of integrity whom I trust. I know that when she is elected to the position of Representative for House District 64, she will work hard for you, that I can guarantee.

Don Conyac, Mayor of Firestone

As a lifelong Colorado corn farmer and retired firefighter, and someone who cares deeply about the future of agriculture and rural communities in our state, I am proud to endorse Colleen Whitlow for Colorado House District 64.

Colleen is not only a dedicated public servant, but also a U.S. Air Force veteran who served this country with honor and continues to serve through her leadership at both the local and state level. As Mayor of Mead, she has led with integrity, vision, and action. Her service on multiple advisory boards demonstrates a true commitment to shaping public policy that strengthens and supports Colorado’s rural values.

Colleen has been a strong and consistent supporter of agriculture and landowner rights. She understands that ag producers are the backbone of Colorado’s economy and way of life. She’s been a vocal advocate for protecting private property, defending water rights, and cutting unnecessary regulations that burden farmers and ranchers. She listens, she learns, and she leads with common sense and respect for those who work the land.

Her leadership doesn’t stop at City Hall. Colleen has been a driving force behind the Northern Colorado Gold Star Families Memorial and Plaza, ensuring that the families of our fallen service members are honored and remembered with the dignity they deserve. Her active support of the All-American Beef Battalion, an organization that Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska corn farmers proudly stand behind, further reflects her deep respect for our military, veterans, and the agriculture community that feeds them.

Colleen Whitlow brings the kind of principled, grounded leadership that House District 64 needs. She has worn the uniform, walked the rows, served in local government, and stood shoulder to shoulder with farmers, ranchers, first responders, and veterans alike.

I fully support Colleen’s candidacy and encourage others who care about agriculture, landowner rights, and conservative values to do the same.

She is a proven advocate for small businesses who will fight to cut burdensome and unnecessary regulations and promote real economic opportunity throughout House District 64.
